The project aims to support 204 Roma students from Făgăraș municipality, enrolled in primary, lower secondary, and high school cycles, together with 10 Roma mentors, 50 parents, and 10 teachers.
630 hours of educational activities will be implemented to overcome learning difficulties and increase student performance. Four applied workshops are planned (financial education, communication, career guidance, STEM), as well as a structured parenting education program.
Students participate in sports and cultural activities, including a summer school, designed to develop creativity and social skills. The mentoring program includes 200 individual sessions for students and dedicated activities for teachers.
Material support includes packages with school supplies, clothing, and hygiene kits worth 500 lei per student, as well as 7,344 food portions provided during the activities.
