The Amfiteatru Foundation continues the professional scientific program “Health Quality Management.” In 2024, the program is led by Dr. Vasile Cepoi and includes workshops specially designed to meet the concrete needs of personnel in healthcare units.
The purpose of organizing the workshops is to provide support in improving the professional competencies of employed personnel, to contribute to the optimization of internal processes within healthcare units, and to increase the overall efficiency of the services offered to the patient.
The workshops will take place within healthcare units, depending on requests. The content of each workshop will be discussed and adapted in accordance with the budget and the specific needs of each interested healthcare unit. The format will consist of an interactive workshop, group discussions, and case study presentations lasting 1 – 2 days.
The themes we propose:
Workshop 1: Development, monitoring, and auditing of diagnostic and treatment protocols
Objective: Consolidating knowledge and skills in the development and management of clinical protocols.
Workshop 2: Using cost centers in medico-economic management
Objective: Understanding and applying cost center concepts for better financial and resource management within the hospital.
Workshop 3: Analysis of the efficacy and efficiency of internal regulations
Objective: Evaluating and optimizing internal regulations to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
Workshop 4: Real-time monitoring of managerial performance indicators using IT tools available at the hospital level
Objective: Familiarization with modern IT tools for monitoring and continuously improving performance at all levels of management.
